- Cost & feasibility studies; resort planning; and construction supervision & management.
This range of proven capabilities allows Jamie to meet a club’s many diverse needs.
Cost effective outcomes: Sustainable cost focus in the design being wary of maintenance demands. Detailed designs allow competitive contractor tendering for construction (the main cost phase) so less surprises and better overall budget outcomes.
Friendly but informed rapport with club or developer representatives: Working together yields the best results. Pleased to sustain long periods of engagement (even if some large intervals after key issues resolved) at the following Clubs: 30+ years: Thredbo & Belconnen (both current in 2026), Gold Creek; 25yrs: Gungahlin Lakes, Murrumbidgee; 20yrs: Cumberland, Wagga Wagga CC, Yowani; 15yrs: Pambula-Merimbula & my home club of 50yrs Royal Canberra that has inspired my continuing golf design journey.
